We require a card on file for appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to avoid forgotten appointments. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply:

• ‘No shows and cancelations’ less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
• Clients more than 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment will result in a ‘No Show’ and may need to be rescheduled.
• Any client who has more than two ‘No Shows’ will be banned from Ocean View Esthetics.

Please respect my time. Cancelling last minute or no-showing results in losing out on income when not given ample time to fill the appointment spot. This would be like getting ready to go to work only to be told you aren't getting paid for your time. We understand emergencies arise and life situations happen, but please do your best to avoid last minute cancelling and rescheduling. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services performed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we strongly encourage open communication
